So good for the waistline, kidney Chi, colon, lower back, and practically all other lower body areas. The reason for this is that whilst upside down, old blood and toxin has a chance to drain out anyway, but whilst twisting, any areas with STUCK toxic matter, or old acidic blood lurking trapped, get moved - thus releasing this matter into the blood stream for cleansing..... Its' an interesting balancing exercise espiecally with the eyes closed : ) |
