 The "Monkey Walk" is an EXERCISE that we have started at Chi Kri Hip Hop Yoga to James Brown. It helps tone your upper and middle back (Lats, Traps and Rhomboids) as well as your deltoids; and going down the body it works on your thighs, glutes and calves. 

The "Monkey Walk"  also helps you lose EGO-WEIGHT : ) This is because it is funny. You will look funny doing it. But it kinda sets you to stop worrying what people think of you (actually, no one really cares what you look like for more than half a second!). So let loose, enjoy and go back to your monkey-self!
