Chi Kri Classical Pranayama Workshop with Neil Patel

By learning the EIGHT CLASSICAL pranayama techniques and studying the FOUR PART breathing system of Chi Kri Yoga you will be fully equipped to combat the three Ds - Decay, Disease and Death! Pranayama means “life force control”. It is an aspect of yoga vital to the health, strength and length of a yogi’s life on Earth!

Popularised by Ram Dev, Iyengar, Sivananda, and other great proponents of yoga, pranayama breathing is known to aid in the battle against stress, digestive disorders, fatigue, diabetes, heart problems, coughs, colds, flu, as well as to aid in concentration power, clarity of thought, peace of mind, and spiritual enlightenment.
Learning with Neil Patel is simple, thorough and fun! All Eight Classical Breathing techniques will be taught under the supervision of Neil who has 20 years teaching experience in the UK, US, and Japan and comes from a yoga teaching lineage stretching back to 1975. Neil is a Kriya Yoga disciple of Yogananda who used pranayama, mind power and meditation to overpower a deadly cancer for 11 years with no medication used! If that doesn’t inspire you to the power of yoga, you probably will never bother learning!
The workshop will involve theory, practise and checking. It will be split into two sessions of 1hr 25min each. Book now as places are limited.
