STRENGTH
Never being hurt is not necessarily a sign of strength,
If all that you are doing is keeping your heart hidden,
For that is cowardice,
The brave go with their hearts ablaze!
Strength is trying to win hearts,
Despite,
And especially,
In spite of being hurt,
Strength is getting up after you have been knocked down,
And baring your soul again,
Strength is courage ‘til death,
Bravery in the battle of your beliefs,
It is not difficult to run and hide behind your wall,
When you are vilified and crucified,
But it takes strength,
Real strength,
To stand up,
After you have been knocked down,
And love again.
